Moroccan Wizards

Agencies & Partners

You keep the client. We hold the ground in Morocco: the houses, the drivers, the tables, the briefing your traveller reads on the plane.

We work as the Morocco desk of agencies that do not have one — outbound agencies, corporate travel departments, event agencies, and operators whose clients ask for Morocco two or three times a year. Your name stays on the itinerary. Ours does not have to appear anywhere.

What we hold

  • Houses. Riads, lodges and desert camps we have worked with, contracted and paid by us, with the standard checked before your client arrives.
  • Transport. Private chauffeurs across the kingdom, on the road twenty minutes before every pickup, not at the appointed minute.
  • Tables. Restaurant reservations made in your traveller's name and prepaid, so nothing is settled at the table.
  • The briefing. A day-by-day document with Google Maps links, drive times and the hours things actually open.
  • One contact on the ground. Reachable before and during the trip, in French, English and Arabic.

How a dossier runs

  1. Your brief. Dates, travellers, level, budget envelope, and what your client has already been promised.
  2. A costed proposal. Day by day, house by house, with the net terms for you set out separately from what your client sees.
  3. Confirmation. We hold the houses and assign the drivers once you confirm.
  4. Operation. We run the ground. You keep the client relationship, and you get told first when something moves.
  5. After. A short debrief on what worked and what we would change, so the next dossier is faster.

Commercial terms

White label by default. Net rates and margins are agreed per dossier and are not published — they depend on season, level and volume, and we would rather quote your case than post a grid you would have to argue with. Payment terms and cancellation conditions are written into each proposal before you commit anything.

What we will tell you early

If the budget does not match the level your client expects, we say so at the proposal stage rather than three weeks before departure. If a dossier asks for something we cannot operate to our standard, we decline it. Both cost us business and save yours.

Delegations rather than travellers? Institutions, NGOs and funders coming to study a Moroccan sector have their own page: learning expeditions.
