Planning
How does planning a trip with you work?
You send a brief — dates, group, and how you want Morocco to feel. A planner reads it personally and replies within 24 hours with a recommended route, stays, and pace. You refine it together until it is right; nothing is confirmed until you approve the plan.
Do you offer fixed packages?
No. The journeys on this site are starting points, never set menus. Every trip is composed around your dates, your party, and your pace — two families rarely leave with the same itinerary.
How far ahead should we plan?
Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most trips. Exclusive-use villas, desert camps in spring and autumn, and travel over the winter holidays reward three months or more. We have also arranged complete trips in under a week — ask, and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
We have already booked flights or a hotel. Can you build around them?
Yes. Many briefs arrive with flights confirmed and a riad already chosen. We compose the drivers, guides, tables, and excursions around what you have — and tell you plainly if something you booked deserves a second look.
Quotes and payment
How do quotes and payment work?
Experiences marked Book online reserve directly on the site. Tailored itineraries are quoted privately once the plan is agreed — itemised, with nothing charged until you approve it. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed while we plan.
What does a quote include?
Everything we arrange is itemised: transport, stays, guides, experiences, and on-ground support. We list what is not included with the same clarity, so there are no quiet surprises on arrival.
Can the plan change once we are in Morocco?
Within reason, yes. Pace, timing, and routes adjust on the ground — that is what a single contact is for. Where a change touches third-party costs, such as a hotel night, we tell you before committing anything.

Who looks after us during the trip?
The planner who read your brief remains your contact, on WhatsApp, for the whole trip. Drivers and guides are vetted by us and briefed on your party by name before you land.
Is Morocco safe for visitors?
Morocco is among the most visited countries in Africa and hosts millions of travellers each year. As anywhere, the unfamiliar parts — medina navigation, road etiquette, fair prices — are smoother with a private driver and a local team. That is much of what we are for.
What languages does the team speak?
English, French, and Arabic. Briefs, WhatsApp messages, and calls are answered in whichever you prefer, and your guides are matched to your language.

When is the best time to visit Morocco?
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are the easiest months almost everywhere. Winter is excellent for the desert, with warm days and genuinely cold nights. Summers are hot but workable with the right pacing — coast, altitude, and early hours.
Can you host families, large groups, or celebrations?
Yes. Multi-generation trips, milestone birthdays, weddings, and private corporate stays are a large part of the work. Tell us the occasion in your brief and we will compose around it — including the details the guest of honour should not see coming.
Before you travel
When is the best time to visit Morocco?
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are the most comfortable across the country — warm days, cool evenings, the gardens at their best. Summers are hot inland; we pace Marrakech and the desert around early mornings and late afternoons, and lean toward the Atlantic coast and the Atlas. Winter is quiet and clear, with snow on the High Atlas and cold desert nights we plan for. Tell us your dates and we'll tell you honestly what they hold.
How many days do you need in Morocco?
Five to seven days suits a first private trip — enough for Marrakech and one contrast, such as the desert or the coast. Ten to twelve days lets you follow the kingdom properly: Marrakech, the Atlas, the Sahara, then Fès or Essaouira, each unhurried. We compose the route around your dates rather than a fixed circuit.
How much does a private trip to Morocco cost?
Every trip is quoted to its brief — the riads chosen, the level of service, the season and the size of your party all move the figure. We work from refined to exceptional, and we'll tell you early if your dates and budget are a good fit. Send a short brief and we reply with an itemised, indicative proposal. No checkout, no commitment.
Is Morocco safe for private and family travel?
Yes. Morocco is welcoming and stable, and our guests — couples, families with children, executive groups — travel with a vetted driver and one contact throughout. We arrange the details that make a place feel easy: the right neighbourhoods, trusted guides, tables booked in advance. If a plan isn't wise for your party, we say so.
Can you arrange a private camp in the Sahara — and which desert?
Yes. For a short, cinematic night near Marrakech, Agafay's stone desert is about an hour away. For true dunes, Erg Chebbi (near Merzouga) and Erg Chigaga (near M'Hamid) are a full day's drive or a short flight, with private camps, starlight dinners and dawn rides. We match the desert to your time and your taste.
Do I need a private driver in Morocco?
For most journeys, yes — the roads reward a driver who knows when to leave and where to break. Our own fleet covers airport welcomes, intercity routes and full-day touring, in English, French and Arabic. It turns long transfers into part of the trip rather than time lost.
Should we base ourselves in Marrakech or Fès?
Marrakech is the easier first base — direct flights, the broadest choice of riads, the desert and Atlas within reach. Fès is older and quieter, the finest medieval medina in the country, best paired with the north or as a second city. Many trips begin in one and end in the other; we arrange the thread between them.
How far ahead should we plan?
October to April, six to ten weeks gives the best choice of riads and dates. May to September, two to three weeks is often workable. For weddings, proposals and larger groups, earlier is wiser. Whenever you reach us, we'll tell you honestly what's still possible.
