New Year Signature in Marrakech: Five Nights in a Private Villa

On one of the last mornings of the year, you are in the air before the sun, above the palm groves, while the city below has not yet woken. Two days later, you see the year out over dinner in town. Five nights, ten guests, one house: this is the longest of our three year's end stays, and the fullest.

We arrange a private villa in Marrakech with five bedrooms for ten adults, two to a room. The house is chosen from our partner collection; its exact address, layout and equipment are confirmed in your quote. The photographs show villas from that collection.

Two vans with chauffeurs stay with the group for four service days, from 9 am to 9 pm, and carry you to and from the airport.

What the five nights hold

A welcome dinner on the first evening, and breakfast at the villa every morning.

In the Agafay, the stone desert outside Marrakech, the afternoon ends with a buggy, two to a vehicle, and a guide, then dinner at a desert camp as the light goes. Equipment and the safety briefing come from the operator. The camp is shared, not reserved for your group.

The balloon at dawn. On a morning before New Year's Eve, a shared hot air balloon flight of 40 to 60 minutes, followed by a Berber breakfast. The operator collects you and brings you back. The flight depends on the weather, and the programme is adjusted to it.

New Year's Eve. The evening of the 31st is spent at one of the best known dinner and show addresses of the Hivernage: the New Year's Eve menu, live music, and the moment the year turns. The menu and your private ride back to the villa are included; drinks are not. Guests under 14 are not admitted, and the table is held only once the restaurant confirms the booking.

1 January. Brunch at the villa, and the day is yours.

To make it your own

A heated pool, a hammam, styled tables, a photographer or decoration for the party: each is quoted on request, subject to availability. A party at the villa needs the owner's written agreement, and we ask for it before anything is planned.

Price and booking

$2,680 per person, $26,800 for ten adults, at full occupancy and without flights. The price includes everything listed above, our coordination of the stay and a provision for the tourist tax. Not included: flights, drinks and meals not listed, options and pool heating, the villa's refundable security deposit, separate arrival times and extra hours of service.
