Marrakech Street Food Night — Private Walk

Around seven in the evening the medina changes register — charcoal lit, ovens drawing their last batches, counters filling with people who eat here every night. This walk begins then, from a central meeting point, with a private food guide who knows the rhythm of the medina and which stalls earn their queue.

It suits curious eaters travelling in pairs or small groups — a minimum of two guests — who would rather taste what locals actually order than read a laminated menu. The evening unfolds counter by counter: curated tastings at stalls, communal ovens and local counters, your guide ordering, explaining and pacing the stops so no single one fills you before the best is reached. Bottled water is provided throughout. There is no script beyond the guide's judgement of the night — what is fresh, what is busy, what deserves your appetite.
