A day-by-day itinerary with real prices, house by house. If the budget is too low for the level you want, we say so early — before you pay anything.

A fixed amount that opens the bookings: we hold your riads and camps, assign your drivers, and start composing the days. Deducted in full from the final balance.

When do I pay the deposit?
After you have received and approved your quote — never before. The brief and the quote cost nothing.
What does it commit us to?
It opens the bookings: houses held, drivers assigned, tables reserved in your name. The amount is credited in full against your final invoice.
What if we cancel?
Before any booking is confirmed in your name, the deposit is refunded in full. Once houses and camps are confirmed, each house’s own cancellation terms apply — they are listed in your quote, line by line.
Do I need it for a ready-to-book experience?
No. Signature journeys and experiences check out directly. The deposit exists only for bespoke itineraries.
